What the AID card is, and what it gives you across the Federation.
Every fee is annual and runs from your own anniversary date. These are the published rates; nothing is added at the checkout and nothing is taken off.
Status 3.3 is an add-on held with Status 3.2: USD 50 on top of that fee, USD 150 in total. A Korgan (Alpagut academy) pays an annual affiliation fee of USD 50. All figures are published in the WAF Financial Regulations — Article 14.3a for individual credentials and the Korgan, Article 14.3 for the six representation statuses. A status is granted on WAF approval; the fee attaches to it once held.

An individual application is verified by the official National Representative of the applicant's country, where one has been appointed, and is subject to final approval by the Federation, which retains final authority over all registrations. An application from an organisation is submitted to the Secretariat, reviewed by the Executive Committee and admitted by the General Assembly, in accordance with Article 7 of the Statutes.
AID stands for Alpagut ID. It is your identity within the Federation: one record, held for life, to which every credential you hold attaches. The AID identifies you; what you may do — compete, coach, officiate, represent a country — comes from the credentials and statuses attached to it. It is verifiable at any time through the public Verify page.
On your anniversary date — the date you were admitted, appointed or had your status conferred — and on that date each year after. The first payment is due at registration. Fees are not tied to the calendar year and are not pro-rated: each payment covers the twelve months that follow (Financial Regulations, Articles 14.2 and 14.4).
If your application is not accepted, the fee is refunded in full (Digital Registration and Membership Procedure, Articles 6.1 and 12.2). Once a status or credential is held, the year already paid for is not refunded if it ends early — whether the Federation withdraws it or the holder gives it up. The status carries responsibilities, and the fee is for the year of holding it.
An individual credential simply lapses: it shows as Expired on your Verify page until the fee is settled, and the AID itself is never withdrawn — it does not expire. For the representation statuses the Federation writes to you and allows thirty days. If it is still unpaid, a National Representative reverts to Interim Representative and the national position reopens — an administrative step, not a disciplinary one, and no finding about conduct. An organisation goes to suspended payment status: its admission stands but rights conditional on good standing are held in abeyance, and after six months the Secretariat puts the matter before the Executive Committee. Payment made before that determination lifts the suspension. A Founding National Representative pays no fee and none of this applies. (Financial Regulations, Articles 14.5, 14.5A, 14.5B and 14.5C.)
Yes. A coach who also officiates, for example, applies for the referee credential as well. Each carries its own annual fee from the schedule in Article 14.3a, payable from its own anniversary date and not pro-rated. How long a credential itself remains valid is a separate matter set by the WAF Licensing System — a referee licence runs two years at ELKİN, three at TOLU and four at BİLGE. All of them sit on the one AID and are verified through the one identity.
Volunteers register through the same process but pay nothing, and the AID is issued straight away — every person registered with the Federation holds one (AID and Verification Specification, Article 3.1). What a volunteer does not hold is a paid role credential, so there is no competition eligibility and no coach or referee licence attached to it. Any of those can be applied for later at any time, and attaches to the same AID.
Card payment through Stripe. Fees are set in United States dollars and may be paid in USD or in Azerbaijani manat at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan rate published on the day of payment (Financial Regulations, Article 14.4). Where card payment is not available in a country, payment is made offline and recorded by the Federation.
